Jerx Jerky is made from 100% Western Australian beef, sourced locally from our very own WA farmers.
There are four flavours in the Jerx range and every flavour has it's own uniqueness!
Spicy Souvlaki is not for the faint hearted, but for the people that really have a set. The flavour originates from Greece, where they really know how to season ya meat.
Ragin Cajun is where Cajun meets the south. A nice mild blend of flavours, subtle in temp, with a kick of all the goods. This guy is definitely one of our most popular flavours.
Mor-rockin North African spices is definitely is what you will be tasting, and the taste is instant and will last for a while. Nothing over the top, just right.
Italiano is it's own flavour and the name stands for itself. Lots of herbs, pepper and a kick of worcestershire to let you know it’s in your mouth.
Mad Draz is what curry flavoured dreams are made of! If you are a curry lover, then this is your jam. With a little extra kick so you know you are alive, and a lingering flavour that hangs around long after the bag is done! Super moorish.

So the story goes...
Once upon a time during the middle of the week, the 3 Jerx decided to have a few froffies at the local and leave the old man with the responsibility of running the butchers shop by himself. Ignoring the text message requests to pick up some nappies for the kids, the 3 Jerx invested their funds in pints and a punt instead.
A few rounds later and in their blurry wisdoms the conversation turned to the all important Beef Jerky. Tired of the same old generic, tasteless boot leather, the 3 Jerx conjured up hair brained scheme (nor for the first time) to make THE BEST jerky in all of the world… (you know... the really good stuff... the jerky that cant usually be bought).
And so they embarked on the greatest mission of our lives.. To take on THE BIG GUYS….
All of a sudden, the back of a beer coaster became a note pad of wisdom!!!!
After 4 years of slugging away (chugging beers) and taste testing jerky they realised they had hit the jackpot and so it became the best beef jerky business the world has ever seen!!
It’s been a long road, with many hangovers, but the 3 Jerx have finally found world domination.
